Q: Why is shipping so expensive?

A: E-Z Traxx makes quality products. We don't scrimp on the manufacturing materials. We make our dollies, lifts and other products out of solid steel. They're built to last a long, long time with proper use. But, shipping companies charge by weight, and steel is heavy. Bear in mind, we make no money off of shipping costs. That money goes directly to the shipping company. However, in an effort to keep your price as low as possible, we make sure that we use the least expensive method of shipping in every occasion, while not compromising the safety of your shipment. We want you to feel good about buying not only the highest-quality, Canadian-made product as possible, but it is very important that you receive the product in good condition, for as little shipping cost as possible.

Q: I've seen products that look a lot like yours. Are they all the same?

A: NO! They are NOT the same. At E-Z Traxx, we hold ourselves to a strict standard of making the BEST QUALITY product possible. For example, we use quality steel manufacturing, and best-possible casters in our snowmobile dolly sets. This means that the product you are getting will, with regular use, last longer than one that is only a few dollars cheaper. Sorry to say, but you get what you pay for.

And no, although the products may look the same, E-Z Traxx cannot extend our warranty to other manufacturers' products. We can only guarantee the products that carry our brand name. So make sure when you are buying a product, it says E-Z Traxx.
